Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Very Bad Service

First He made me drive to menlyn and he didnt pitch, secondly he sold me the car with an expired licence disk and no spare keys. He promised i'll get them the first week of Jan, its now the second week and He doesnt even reply to my queries. Im tired explaining myself to the traffic officers because i didnt even get the 21days permit.
I really cant deal with this service anymore, i will cancel the deal, pay what i have to pay and take my business to people who care.

Clearly customer service is not on their list.
