We have a client who bought a car from our dealership and the vehicle was missing a headrest. We ordered one from Hyundai Strydom Park in June last year. We have had numerous promises from Mohamed and all sorts of stories that there are none in the country and had to be ordered from overseas - finally got hold of Jerry - Parts manager. Paid for the part and was told 10 - 15 working days. Still no headrest. Then was promised the 25-03-2012. Surprise surprise - STILL NO HEADREST. This is just unacceptable to wait 10 months for 1 headreast.
