UNDELIVERED GOODS BUT STILL PAYING INSTALLMENT

I purchased a bedroom suite at the trade route mall bears stores, i have received my goods 2 YEARS AGO with the legs to hold the headrest pedistals up, i am so angry with bears as is poek to so manyu people including the unhelpfull manager [i coukld use more worse words to explain my anger] and got no help, its been excatly two years in august and my headrest is still in boxes i cannot out it up without those legs, i have been paying my installments for 2 years but cannot even use this headrest, its been my bigest mistake to purcahse from bears and worst service everk, when you ask the ataff they promise to get back to you and they never do but so quick to take their installments, I WANT THE FULL PRODUCT I AM PAYING FOR OTHER TAKE IT BACK AND REFUND MY MONET - A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER
