I had to leave my Accent at the Hyundai Strydom park on 29 April 2013 at 07H30 to have my tail lights covers replaced, these got damaged because every time I closed the boot of the car it somehow damaged. It was good of Hyundai Strydom to offer to replace the covers under warranty.

I phoned to book my car in for the repairs, i was asked if I will need a lift to work and provided the address to my office, one would think that there drivers will be allocated their duties according to the addresses provided by customers but no, this is left up to the drivers to decide on the morning! i eventually left Hyundai strydom park at 09H00 due to this incompetence then I get a call at 14H00 from Hyundai to come pick up my fixed car i get there to be kept waiting for another hour before i could see my car and or be attended to, finally i get my car, wait for it all they did was wash my car, the tail lights are still broken and the time at this point 16H00. day 2, April 30 10H17 i am still without my car and have not been contacted by Hyundai, whom I called at 08H00 to only to leave a message for Deon, Jerry and Lynette to call me back and provide some sort of feedback and still nothingHELP
