I bought a Ford Focus ST from them on the 25th of April 2013. It was missing the front passenger headrest and front tow eye cover.
The agreement with them was if I took the car they would replace the missing items. It has been more than 4 months and I still don't have the headrest or the tow eye cover.
Every time I phone them or go and see them they have an excuse about they can't find the items at any scrap yards or from their contacts.
I went to ford and got a quote from them for the missing items and sent it to them. They never get back to me or phone me to let me know that they are still looking for the items.
