POOR POOR SERVICE!! No delivery and no refund!

On the 25th of October 2012, I ordered and paid R599-00 for a iPad headrest Travel mount and charger. It was supposed to keep my granddaughter occupied in the backseat of the car, on a 20 hour trip to Namibia and back.
It's been almost 5 months - no headrest. I've complained and complained and complained to no avail. No one has even bothered to call or e-mail me, but according to my queries refs no, #657521, "this request has been deemed resolved on 28 Jan" by Cheryl Nhlumayo. I saw this and complained again. This time " this request has been deemed resolved on 1Feb" by Waseema Peters. In the meantime, I still have not received my order, and I also can't seem to get a refund OR EVEN A CREDIT on it.
Previously, I recommended Groupon to friends, now I'm telling everyone that will listen not to use this bunch!
PS: at this stage I DO NOT want a credit, but a FULL REFUND!!! I do not want to be forced to use these people again!!!
