On 18/3, I took my car to the craighall branch to have tyres changed, balancing done & wheel alignment. I informed the repair person when I drove car at for eg 80km/ph &braked, my steering wheel would shudder. After test driving car, he suggested he apply something on the brakes & that at some point I would need to have the car control arm replaced. A day later I heard a clicking sound as I drove. We were away so I could only return to Speedy on 22/3. A man test drove car & was about to open up the tyres to look at the brakes when he arrogantly condescendingly remarked it is debatable I say the clicking sound occurred after I brought the car to speedy on 18/3 or it was there before I brought the car to speedy. I replied if there was a clicking sound, his repair person would have heard it when we first took it for a test drive &I disagree it is debatable. He persisted in calling this debatable. I was aghast- he blatantly was calling me a. His behavior &attitude was negative, reproachful and very arrogant. I am disturbed by his callous approach. When did service etiquette reach these reproachful blurtings. SAD for Speedy. Your logo "REAL PEOPLE..." where is it?
