Refuse to stand behind the product they sell

I have been a customer of Supa Quick in Tokai for the past 10 years. They have done tyre work for all of our family and business vehicles, until now... In August 2012 I replaced all 4 tyres on my daughter's Citi Golf. One tyre in particular will not balance and creates a constant vibration and road noise. This morning I brought the car back to them for the 4th time since purchasing the tyres and asked them to please get to the bottom of the problem (this is after taking it to another tyre dealer who told me that the tyre itself was faulty). After Supa Quick removed the tyre and checked it, they did discover that the tyre was in fact out of round. Even so, they will not replace the tyre even though the tyre itself is still under factory warranty. I was told that I have to make an appointment with the manufacturer and plead my case with them. I am utterly disappointed with their service. It's amazing to me how a business can have a loyal customer for 10 years and then simply blow them off when a minor problem occurs - even when the issue can be easily resolved by utilizing the manufacturers warranty. Customer (s) lost.
