I HAVE MADE 5 PHONE CALLS TODAY ONLY TO BE TOLD I WILL BE CALLED BACK EACH TIME. TODAY I FIND OUT THEY SENT THE INVOICE FOR DUTIES TO AN INCORRECT E MAIL ADDRESS, I GAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND MADE PAYMENT BY 10.51AM, SENT POP TO [Email Removed] AS REQUESTED. THEY CLAIM MY PAYMENT CANNOT BE TRACED, I PAID FROM ABSA TO ABSA.
NOW AT 1700, CLOSE OF BUSINESS, NOT ONE PHONE CALL FROM DHL STAFF.
