I ordered a tyre with Supa Quick, Bellville, Durban road. After 2 weeks of waiting I decided to contact another supplier and it was available. Today Supa Quick told me the tyre had arrived and I could go fit it and I went with them since I contacted them 1st. On arrival I asked the price of wheel alignment (R250) and the tyre (R2725.00) but I complained at the price telling them other suppliers cost far less. I was told I could get discount but we'll need to fit the tyre 1st. After fitment they told me they could only discount alignment to R225 and nothing else.

After much negotiations I asked to cancel the deal so I can go elsewhere with my business. To my shocking surprise I was told all sorts of fees, from handling fees, order fees, labour, alignment check fees, consumables, tyre cleaning etc and that those were in the t's and c's. I asked for t's and c's so I could check and pay them since I wasn't happy. Shockingly I experienced the worst responses as well as that they don't care about my business and I'm not their only customer and they won't cancel the deal. I was emotionally attacked by Mario and his behing-the-counter-staff and I regret ever going there.
