Supa Quick supplier of Falken Tyres

During April 2013 I had 2 tyre blow outs Falken tyres. On return, back to the supplier Supa Quick Durbanville from which i bought my last 2 Falken tyre in November 2012. |The salesman, Schalk, said he will call the Falken representative. We made an appointment for 23 May 2013. The Falken rep informed me that the blown tyre where older than 5 years serial number dated 2003. I bought them in 2008, which meant I supplied tyres, already 5 years old (i didn't buy these from supa quick only the last 2 in 2012). On inspection of the tyre on the vehicle rep noticed a problem and said he will refund me via Supa Quick. Now here is the problem, I have been back to Supa Quick twice waiting for the refund, twice Schalk phoned the rep and twice he promised the next day. The last time, on 5 July 2013, the rep Morne said the refund will be done by Tuesday, 9 July 2013. I phoned Falken 0860522322 (that is another story to get hold of someone in charge, and spoke to Abie, who said he will investigate, he took my number, and will come back to me, to date nothing.By 19 July 2013 I again went to Supa quick Schalk informed he recieved a notice but no amount. To date nothing from both.
