Went to Cape Union Mart on saturday in Bayside mall to buy slippers and when i got home i saw there were a pair of Hytec Sandals also in my bag. I took them back and told them they werent mine and i had been charged for them. What a drama to get a refund. First of all the cashier says she has not cash can she refund on my credit card. I told her i paid on debit card can she not refund me on debit card. They tried and could not do it so she asked for my credit card. She tried that and could not do it. All of a sudden miraculously she had cash so refunded me the R350 cash which i must now deposit in my bank account. Considering i paid for something that i didnt want i think their refund service is shocking.
