BIG THANK YOU!!!

On our way to Namibia for a 4x4 trip in the Namab dunes, we picked up issues with the 4x4 function on one of our Nissan Navara bakkies. The Nissan Navara would not shift into 4x4 mode and the ABS light that came on was a concern. We did not have piece of mind taking the Navara on the 4x4 trip without it being looked at. We contacted the Nissan dealership in Upingtong to find out whether they will be able to assist us on the 27th of December 2013 when we pass through the town en-route to Namibia. The dealership's service manager - Sarel Voster - was prepared to meet us that morning at the dealership to have a look at the Navara - even though they where closed for business that day.

A special thank you to Sarel for the excellent, friendly service we received. Going above and beyond to giving us that piece of mind for the trip ahead. We truly appreciated the time and effort. We had an unforgettable time that would not have been possible without you sacrificing part of your day off to help us.
