I sent an urgent parcel using speed services on the 3 March 2013 form Hazeldean Postnet. It cost me R120 and I was informed that it would be at its destination the following day being the 4 March 2013. It has been lying at Johannesburg distribution depot since 5 March 2013. I have tried to contact speed services via many numbers all I get is please hold we will be with you shortly!!! This parcel is URGENT as money has to be paid to me and this can only be done once the recipient has received the documents I so am so angry not just the fact of being given incorrect information but why did I pay R120 and why is the parcel still at the Johannesburg distribution depot??? My tracking no is TA 766 497 593 ZA. I even sent an sms to 35277 and received the sms back telling me the no is incorrect. I EXPECT THIS PARCEL TO BE AT IT'S DESTINATION TODAY!!!
