I wrote a report on 11 January 2013 with the following details:
I had a parcel sent to me in the beginning of December 2012. To date I did not receive the parcel nor did I get any feedback when I raised a query with the Post Office via their website on 07 January 2013.
Parcel tracking number: TC182546190ZA
I want to know where my parcel is!
The reply was:
