I wrote a complaint on my cars paint on about my Nissan Livina X-gears poor quality paint. The whole car looks like it is been through a acid rainstorm, if something touches the paint it either goes through the gloss finish or is stains the paint permanently. A month of two after I had the car I noticed the marks on my bonnet, I did take it back to Nissan, the technician told me I must have been something really strong with a high acid value, but it was actually a bird droppings.
I was contacted by Nissan yes, but it has been almost 3 moths and nothing is happening. The lady that phoned me asked me to send through a pannelbeaters report so they could find out what is wrong. The pannelbeater report stated that the cars paint has no hardener in the paint. My situation is now that I'm looking to sell ma car but the value of my car is down because of how the car looks. I keep on emailing Nissan but I'm getting no response.
So now, I know it is a factory fault and my car couldn't be the only one that had the same problem.
