No hardner in my car paint

This is my third complaint against Nissan. On their recommendations I had my cars paint tested because I complained about mark on the paint. They did a test on the car a found that there was no hardner in the paint when they painted it. This causes the paint so scratch for the slightest things. Strong chemicals and polish will actually remove the paint. Now where they tested the paint on the car it made a big hole in the paint right through to the bare metal because they had to test out to what extent the paint is faulty. After all of these fights and tests they came back to me and told me the car was out of warranty, but I started complaining about this a month after I bought the car. Now I stuck with a looking car that I won't be able to sell due to the faulty paint and the marks across the whole of the car.
