Company unable to perform on warranty claim

My Diahatsu Terios was diagnosed with noisy differential 29 June 2012 and I was informed that warranty claim for new differential will be processed. The company has failed to perform on the claim and by beginning October 2012 has admitted on two occasions that the claim was never processed, despite many assurances to the contrary. I was end October 2012 advised that claim has been approved but that differential will be repaired by fitting of new parts. The vehicle was submitted to company for repair on 18 February 2013 and returned to me on 26 February. I insisted on vehicle to be test driven and it was found that differential was worse that before repair. The matter was taken up by service Manager with Mayfair Gearbox who did the repair and I was requested to submit the vehicle on 5 March for the diff to be refitted to specifications. The vehicle was returned to me on 8 March and was advised that Mayfair has replaced the oil with higher grade oil. There was no improvement in noise. Despite 2 mails and telephone calls to Service Manager and AMH Customer Care for urgent attention no response has been received to date. This matter has taken up 186 work days and remains unresolved.
