Dissatisfied with customer service

I am completely dissatisfied with the FASTWAY delivery who was supposed to deliver my parcel. He called me at 08:18 today with cell phone number 071 961 7726 to inform me that he is outside my residence and I told him that I am at work but I will be there in the next five minutes as my work is close to my residence. I arrived at my residence at 08:28 and he was not there. I called him at 08:29 from my cell phone and to my surprise he told me that he had left the residence as he had many parcels to deliver. When I asked that why he didn't inform me that he is leaving or about to leave, I was shocked to get a response from him that firstly he used his airtime to inform and he couldn't tell me using his airtime again that he is leaving. I asked him if that's a proper customer service and he told me that he has more than 20 parcels to deliver and he couldn't wait for me even though he knew that I was on my way. He also said he will deliver sometime later today if he gets time. Now as a professional I don't believe that this is how customers should be treated and talked to, clearly the guy doesn't care not only about the customers but also with our parcels.
