Long Story shorty, we bought a vehicle from Manhattan in September 2012. The vehicle gave me endless
trouble. Out of the six moths having the vehicle I only drove the vehicle 1 1/2 months. Sarel from Manhattan was always willing to help and sort the problem. Any case last incident started Feb 2013 where four cracks in the head gasket was detected, it was also found by VW Menlyn that the head was worked on previously.

They quoted me R 32 000, 00 to get this repaired (New Head). Not really small change! ( warranty didn't come to the party)
After referring the scenario back to Manhattan, Shuail (Owner) and Sarel came back to me with the best news ever!! Shuail took complete control of the situation, the vehicle as is, was settled. Instruction was given to Duke (original Salesman) to do a complete new finance. The new finance was arranged, documents drawn up and my new vehicle was delivered! Thank you Shuail and all Staff involved!
