I sent a complaint through on the hyundai website on the 4 February 2013 as there are no direct email addresses for my vehicle I got a response back on 18 February from Sibusiso Sibanyoni for the details of my vehicle which I sent the details. To date I have not had any response and have sent emails to this person asking for info or a response and am still waiting. I may not have one of the fanciest hyundai vehicles in the market however I am still a client and deserve the service.
