Stuttaford Van Lines relocated me and certain valuable goods went missing and they do not care. A team of woman did all the packing. When they off loaded the goods a large bright yellow plastic crate, 2 boxes of porcelain, a box with mainly electronic goods, a roll of unbleached calico and a large beige bag with new linen were missing. The driver, Solly, remembered the yellow crate, the roll of unbleached calico and the beige bag, the other boxes were not on the checking list. Solly said that he will look for the goods, they work for incentives and he will first look if he can find it before I report it to their. I was in constant contact with him. After four months he said he think I must report it. I send an e-mail to Wikus, reporting the missing goods. He phoned me and said the companies insurance do not cover the missing goods, but he will lodge an investigating. I did not here anything and phoned him last week, he said I must send another e-mail. He did not even acknowledge receipt of my e-mail. I then spoke to Adele Vella and send the same e-mail. She answered me this morning saying it never happened before, they are in business for 153 years and never had a problem befo
