Key Moves moved me from Johannesburg to George at the end of June 2013. I have now completed unpacking my boxes and have found lots of goods missing for example two cell phones one Samsung one Nokia, all the linen for the bedrooms, a clock various household items and ornaments. My side tables in the lounge were also badly damaged. I contacted Key Moves and they offered me R1000 in compensation for everything so they have actually admitted fault by making me an offer. I have declined that offer as it is an insult to think that I can replace what is missing with R1000 - I would only be able to replace 1 phone for that and not a smart phone either and I have spent over R2000 on replacing the linen.
Need to make other people aware of the kind of service they deliver I think it is disgusting that they went through my boxes and selectively from me while my goods were in their care and broke my tables and didn't even have the decency to tell me. When they were leaving the house I asked where the TV was and the response was it was one of the first things unpacked and then they found it in the truck buried under a pile blankets. Nearly lost that as well.
