We bought a Hyundai Accent 2013 model. We received our new motor vehicle on the 22nd of January 2013.
The supplier fitted a towbar and caused a dent. Same was fixed but we had to wait approximately three weeks before we received car back.

Thereafter we noticed a very bad rattle on the bottom suspension. My husband took the car to Tyre and Wheel for balancing but the problem still persisted. He went back to the dealer who said that the problem wasn't serious and gave the car back to him to use.

He took the car back after another week and insisted that they fix it. Kyle then took the car for a test drive and promised to order the parts from Korea. It has now been nearly two months and we are still awaiting the parts and have received no feedback.

We are going on a long journey for the easter holidays and its disturbing to think that we are driving a new car (but a FAULTY NEW CAR)!

The after sales service at Huyandai Constantia Kloof is shocking to say the least.
