My bike went in for repairs to the engine, which still fell under warranty, on the 7th of January 2013. I only received my bike back on the 7th of March 2013. The reason why my bike took so long is that Big Boy head office did not want to fulfill their part of the warranty. For the 2months that I was without my bike never once did anyone from Big Boy come back to me with any feedback as to the progress of my parts being delivered to Moto Junction, the company that was doing the repairs to my bike, even though I had requested progress on the status of my case. My claim got passed around head office like a communal dish cloth. I must have dealt with about 6/7 different people from head office, at my own expense. I was even told by Big Boy that I had defaulted on my warranty so they would not be replacing anything under the warranty and it would be at my own expense. I am still not sure what that was all about as they had my up to date warranty booklet with them.
The service that I have received from Big Boy over the past 11 months that I have had my bike has been the worst customer service that
