I recently purchased a new Ford Focus from Mccarthy Ford Lynwood road.
On the day I arrived to pick it up there was a panel missing on the inside of the car which was subsequently resolved two weeks later after a bit of hassles.
Then yesterday i discovered that one of the wheelnuts was damaged and completely stripped. I contacted the dealer principal Anton who completely washed his hands. They are not taking responsibility of it and blame it on "something else", i.e. me.
Would i really go to all this trouble over a stupid wheel nut, normally no, but with their attitude and poor service from day1 i would like to make it known to all
