Not providing me on feedback on ongoing issues

Car back at the dealership after I had to call on numerous occasions regarding issues that was suppose to be sorted when I bought a brand new Chery Tiggo almost a year ago. Front bumper to be replaced, rubbers seals on front lights, brake issues, left front seat to be replaced - not stitched "fabrick fault", front right mirror damaged - replaced after about 8 months now the door damaged due to this repair, vehicle noise at the back left - apperently a sensor on the fuel tank that is loose, cover for the spare wheel comes off while driving, right back ligt cracked. And the list just goes on. And apparently my car was bumped before I bought it... did I mention its a new car. I never received feedback from management or the service centre manager. I always have to phone and find out what the problem is and how far they are with my car - but nobody is available and they avoid to speak to me. If they do plan to speak to me then they rude and un-helpfull. Very bad attitude. Told me I bought a "cheap brand" car and should be happy with what I have.. Management always out to fetch kids from school, in meetings, busy with shows, on a course..But never at work!!! I want my car back and soo
