When I finally figured out more than a week ago where my package is and after phoning the help line 0860 111 502 which never gets answered as well as emailing the so called Help Desk I did talk to someone on that side which seems to me found it very difficult to talk. The conversation came down to that my package did not have an invoice and they basically waiting on the customer to contact them (EMS). They not interested in contacting the customer. Anyway after that I gave my invoice to 3 x different people with absolutely no effect on the status of the package. I am sure that customs never got the invoice from these pathetic employees of EMS.
Will never use EMS again. never had this trouble with DHL or Fedex.
In the past when I used EMS it was some of the best service I experienced.
Now it seems to me that it's part of the Postoffice it got broken instantly!
