Organised that Time Freight pick up a heavy package for transport to CT from JHB on Saturday 21 December with commitment for delivery in CT by 24 December. Package was duly picked up b y a third party courier on the 21st.
On 24 December I contacted local office and was informed that the local team had taken off for the holiday, but that the package was in CT.
On enquiry today (27th) we are notified that package is still in JHB depot and will only be delivered on 3 January 2014.
Complete lack of customer respect and a complete lack of resolution from either the Cape Town or Johannesburg Offices.
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENTS... they will let you down.
