Delay in fixing a minor damaged ca

22/12/2012 i had a minor incident with my car Daihatsu terios. There was an obstruction on the road that whist trying to avoid resulted in the damaged gasket. The car was movable and the incident was reported to Hollard. An assessor was sent to investigate the extend of the damage and was refereed to a "reputable" panel beater in the vicinity (Premier Auto Refinishers 0114931385). My Hollard Policy no. is 7197273 and the claims no. 750891. The car was sent to the panel beater at 19/01/2013, i was told it took 15days to order the parts from japan. The car was housed with badly damaged cars and burning in the sun. Mid march when enquiring about the delay i was told 3 versions: the parts were delivered and the car will be ready before end of March, 2nd version the parts are delivered but incomplete so i still have to wait, third version is that the wrong part was ordered so the right part is now ordered and i've to wait some more (admin mess). I went to fetch the car from the panel beater and has been in my parents garage till today. there is no one informing me about the progress. I have been using public transport since January and paying monthly premiums Mahala. please help
