I am driving a Hyundai IX35 which was bought in 2010 May and had a problem with the car on sunday night at 19H00 3 February my car refused to change gears and there was no clutch but i managed to get the car at the side of the road. It took two hours to come and tow my car to Secunda. The car is now at the dealer in secunda from Monday morning 4 february and i was told that the gear box id damaged and it will take two weeks to fix and it will be covered under warranty and I was fine with it and the pathetic part is that they dont have courtesy cars to lend during the time your car is away. On Tuesday the 5 Feb the dealer called me and told that it is not the gear box that broke but the part that holds the clutch plate broke I am not sure what the part is called and they told me they are going to send the clutch plate to hyundai engineering department to be check which is the head office and told me that it was the first time ever that they saw that part broke and said that they will sort it out on warranty cos there is no wear and tear and today they say I need to pay for the damaged. Sad to say but the service is terrible and I am very unhappy and going to the newspaper.
