How incompetent can a workshop be?

I have taken my vehicle to your Gateway branch because my breaks were making a huge noise. I took it in January and Illse Botha was kind enough to make place for me. I drove my vehicle for 2 weeks or so before the noise started again. Illse tried to convince me that it needed time to settle but the noise was very bad so i had to take it in. This time when i took it back i asked Illse Botha to check my front and back breaks as they both were making weird noises. This was fixed and the noise was gone however driving home from a function on Saturday night 16/02/2013 my breaks stopped working completely. This happened with my family in the car and i had to drive very slow and use my hand breaks when i realised there was no breaks.
My problem now is that my vehicle has been towed and i did not get a call to say that my vehicle is safe in the workshop. Even after calling twice the staff cannot give me a date as to when it will be ready and they cannot even tell me if the vehicle is there. i now do have a vehicle. This is a limited edition IX 35 valued at R330 000, if only i knew that it also comes with very very limited service.
