Bad and poor service

I got stuck on the 24/02/2013, my car just stopped on the robots and burned wires in the bonnet. I phoned the road assist to tow it to Tata Central in Pretoria. On monday 25/02/2013 I phoned to check what was the problem it was not attended to, I phoned again on Tuesday it was not atteneded to, on wednesday I phoned again after I complained, They told me the problem was with the battery I told the manager by the name of Gert that it cannot be a battery as it has never given me problems. They told me it ia a battery and have to pay R1080 to exchange it. I went there to get clarity and found that both the manager and mechanoc are not in the office. The manager was happy that the battery is not under motor paln, I went later same day to coolect the car and bought a new battery at Auto Zone. Two days later it stuck again with the new battery I took it to a mechanic who confirmed that it is the starter, and had to pay for the starter to be repaired, both the pathetic mechanic at Tata and his manger did not see any problem or saw it and did not want to assist knowing they will not get a cent cause the car was still under motor plan.
