I logged a complaint about Double Debit Order on 10:05 Thu 28 Feb, .
The only response I got was.
"Hello shoni,
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint. We will investigate and revert shortly.
Kind regards
Customer Support "
Since then I never heard anything from BP, my debit order is not reversed yet.
The FNB bank said BP can call their authorization department at 0113692888
and FNB can then reverse the double debit order that went through from BP jean Avenue.
This is the worse service ever. 15 days later and BP has done nothing.
I am really disappointed with their service.
