RE Extremely Bad Service
I brought my car into Action Panel-beaters (KEMPTON PARK) in January due to hail damage and the car has taken too long to repair, the main reason is that someone did not do his job... parts for the car were only placed with the supplier two weeks after the car was booked in with the panel-beaters and when I phone to follow up, I am given a run around, this morning (14th March 2013) I made another turn to check on the progress, sad to say the experience was terrible and I tried to take the liberty of approaching the owner who had just drove in before I could leave his establishment... as they say an apple does not fall far from the tree... the attitude and response of the owner was not different from that of his employees who came very close to trading blows with me instead of putting my anxieties to rest, I am not enjoying the use of my car but are piling up bills and the management and the establishment couldn't care a bit. I am hopeful that this complaint will be dealt with as soon as possible. I wish I had gone with first company that gave me a quote (VIP PANELBEATERS in SANDTON) but chose the closest place. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
