Audi N1 Centre Goowood had sold me a VW of R200k, They neglected to disclose the full history surrounding the vehicle and after the engine cut out suddenly after only having7 months, It was later revealed that the head of the vehicle had been schemed and it also had been schemed by a few mm too many. they claim "not to have known." Its been 2.5 months to date and still I do not have the use of the veicle I bought and for which I pay every month. They are trying their utmost to withdraw themselves from the situation and completely defer the crux of the matter which is the their inablility to be completely transparent with me as the customer when having sold the vehicle to me which influenced my decision to purchase this vehicle. I quote the dealer principle Sheldon rawson that "well, there are ppl who buy cars here of R800k and within 2 months something breaks on the vehicle, " well I mentioned that CLEARLY speaks to the quality of the vehicles you sell... no further comment. They claim to be separate to VW but Audi sold the VW tiguan to me... so just how separate are they?? They refuse to compensate me even tho they were unethical and against Cons Prot Act on so many levels.
