I just had the worse experience with Audi EVER. I purchased a preowned Audi A3 on the 28th of March, only to find out that it was involved in an accident. According to them, they dont sell cars that were involved in an accident and they didnt know that the car was in an accident. Which I find to be absolutely unacceptable. It is their responsibility to investigate any vehicles that are traded in before they sell them. I gave them an option to look for another vehicle for me in the same range and spec OR alternatively to reduce the price as they had sold the vehicle to me at book value. I was just informed by their PreOwned Sales Manager Eddie, that they will just repair the car and I will still get it to at the same value. The car was in an accident and was fixed at a panel beater that is not Audi approved and the incorrect paint was used to spray it. They still expect me to have that car at that price. The worst experirence ever. STAY AWAY from this place. They will just rip you off and smile at the end of the day after they made an absolute fool out of you.
