I bought a Volkswagen Polo Vivo 5-door 1.4 Blueline 10 months ago, and I've been unhappy since day one! First I had to wait 4weeks just for the "Blueline" badge, and secondly the fuel consumption on this car, is about 2 liters / 100km out, from what is advertised. The brochure produced to me when I bought this car said that fuel consumption is 4.4L/100km? I dont get mine below 6.2, no matter how slow I drive long distance!
When I traded my Peugeot in, the sales man told me that this is a better car than the normal 1.4, cause of better fuel consumption, and thats why I paid more for this car than just going with the normal Vivo 1.4, and also, the brochure looked promising. I've had 6 different people drive my car long distance, and all gets the same results. I've got friends with the normal 1.4 that gets better consumption than me?
This car is a lie! And not worth the extra money spend on it. I've been complaining since day one! First VW Fourways said it will get better after the first 10 000km, then they said after the first service? Now the say its the way I drive. So i've got my stats! I want this sorted out! I will create a website and facebook group with the real stats on!
