Imperial Select Multi Franchise

The vehicle was delivered to us by the dealership on Wednesday 13 Feb. On arrival Paul mentioned that the air conditioner was working when he left the dealership, but failed to work as from Kroonstad. Upon further inspection by me later that day, I found that the right rear brake light bulb was not working (how did it pass as roadworthy??), the rear fog lights were not working, the water bottle for the windscreen wipers drained the water as fast as you pour it in, there are stains on the seats front and rear.
The air conditioner and right rear light bulb have been repaired and I have been refunded for that. The rear fog lights' fuse keeps on blowing. The repairs were done on Friday 15 Feb and I was refunded only on 21 February. All cars are supposed to be properly checked and delivered with no defects. As a result of this not being done I had to take the car to Bloemfontein to be checked on 04-03-13. The car was finally registered to my name on 06-03-13 and I was able to do the licensing. As this is part of the service and delivery fees charged by dealerships they must refund me for this. Today 13-06-13 I have yet to be refunded for the unneccasary trip, licensing or number plates
