I had an accident last year and my car was not properly fixed.rear seat not fixed, just loose, RHS light taking water.both light covers rear falling.rubber on the boot damaged never replaced. Rear wiper never replaced.went to the repairer but no luck.still waiting for insurance for feedback but nothing.i have been complaining and got promised that they will come back to me. the last time I called was November or December.some biddings inside are loose. On the dashboard, not all lights are coming on. Never met the assesor. The repairer said they only worked on what was damaged. I am worried because it is almost a year and still no feedback.
