Motor plan canceled

I own a bmw 135i, i took my car for service on the 13th of february at sandton auto, yet to findout they stripe of my motor plan and warrenty cause of exaust modification done on the car, I did the modification at power flow they told me the are bmw approved as the are approved by many companies,

So bmw stripe off my motor plan without giving me a chance to explain what happen, i wouldn't have done the modification if i knew that the are not bmw approved

i have inserted my standard exaust back all i want is a motor plan again
