Zero response or call back when promised

I tried to buy a second hand c class... i called Patrick and he says he will call me back when he doesnt. i called him at least 4 times and everytime he seems busy and says he will call me back.
this is my second bad experience, i went to the dealer and someone called mozi helped me but also no response and i only found out 2 weeks later he doesnt work there anymore. is there no client handover?
so disappointed i just want to buy a car is it so hard do i have to chase the sales person all the time for some feedback.
