VERY BAD SERVICE

My vehicle is in for the 4 th time now for the same problem. 1 st time - car was missed diagnosed and I was charged for the work done.2nd time-I was told that the aircon condenser needed to be replaced and motor plan would not cover so I decided to take the matter up with the call centre and when the call centre contacted the dealer they said they had no record of the vehicle being there. When I took the vehicle in again I was told that the evaporator needs to be replaced.i spoke to the mech who worked on the car the 2nd time and he printed out the quotation which proved the car was there the 2nd time. I emailed the 2 quotes to the call centre and they said they would get in touch with the dealer. Call centre made an app with the dealer to take the car in on Mon 5/08.When I sent the car in the agent said that they fully booked and would only look at the car the next day. On tue I called the call centre to find out what is happening and he said he was waiting for photos from the dealer. I called him again on wed and he assured me he would get back to me later in the day as he was promised the pics by that afternoon. Upto now I have not received any response from the call centre or deale
