No service but i must pay

Its been 3 weeks now where i have an internet card with nashua that does not work iy happens atleast every second month why must i pay for something i cannot use and when i call into call centre they say they will og it with mtn thats really not my problem as ihave a contract with nashua and paying nashua for a service i called in on the 10th and was advised they willbreset my line i have 2cards linked the one is still the same and the second one after i called in doesnt even work anymore this is really poor poor service fom nashua about 3 months ago when i called in the person assisting managed to help me and get it sorted this time i call in and speak to someone and he said mtn will reset my card and it will be fine its not fine andnow my second card doesnt work now so really you expect payment and i expect a service
