I logged a claim with pg glass on the 4th january regarding replacement of my rear canopy glass. i was told that authorisation was to be obtained from insurance company and referred to eloff street branch. today, 14 january i am told by the eloff street branch that the jod relating to the reference number i have has been done. much to my dismay - my canopy still stands without a rear glass. almost 2 weeks later and they now refer my to glasfit who does not do canopy repair - what a pathetic excuse for a company
