Bad service, poor quality

I know SA Canopy don't respond. I tried the franchise head office and got nowhere fast. This is purely to warn others like me.

I needed to replace the back glass door of a carryboy canopy after it shattered. Had a 13:00 appointment at the Gezina, Pretoria branch.
I arrived 12:30 and within 5 minutes they had taken the vehicle into the shop - looked good.
Repair was said to take 1 hour.
They only started working on the canopy at 2pm (one and a half hours later) and where done by 3pm - no explanation.

On receipt of the vehicle the new glass door was dirty and full of fingerprints, they had cut the wiring going to the canopy door defroster and when I got back home I noticed that the latch only catches on one side.

They claimed that the defrosters are never connected but they will replace it for me. So I have to wait how long for you to "fix" something you deliberately broke in the first place.

So poor service and poor quality of installation.

Avoid them at all costs.
