SELLING ACCESORIES (EXTRA'S) THAT DOES'NT FUNCTION

I bought a Comfortline Polo from VW Lenasia on 24 December 2012. Requested prior to this for a towbar to be fitted to the vehicle. After the delivery of the vehicle took more then 2 weeks after finance approval I only received the car on 24 December 2012. On the same day i had to fetch a new trailor I bought and when the trailor was hooked it did not work properly. It was then fitted onto another vehicle and it worked properly. I had to take the VW Polo to an Auto Electrician who was difficult to find on the 24th of December. I had to pay this Auto Electrician a call out fee of R550 and labour R300 on the day to have the wiring of the towbar fixed. I contacted VW Lenasia to advise of this and I took them the invoice for the payment in January. Since then I received the run around from their Sales people and nobody wants to take responsibility for the reimbursement of the funds. More than two months later and still no payment or cceptance of responsibility from VW. I today told the Sales Lady to leave the payment of the funds as I am now begging them for nothing and they are making me out to be a. Not impressed by the overall service by VW Lenasia and will give serious thought
