I bought a Ford focus 1.6 Ambiente with added extra towbar. On delivery of the vehicle the towbar module was not the correct model. Now the car is almost 2 months old and i have taken it for the fitment, but the wrong parts have been supplied.
Now i must take the car back again for fitment at another date. What is to say that this time the right parts will be supplied and i won't have to take the car back again?
