I bought an H100 from Hyundai Airport from the sales person Clodett, it took forever for the vehicle to be delivered until the finance company intervened.
Now i have received the vehicle i am still waiting for the papers from the dealer in order for me to licence it. The temporal licence is about to expire this Friday and they are lying to me saying they emailed the Natis documents (Odett- the sales manager). If they used the email address the email was going to bounce back and report and error, i did not receive the email and they did not receive a come back, how come?
This Odett lady is clearly not suitable to be in that position, that position is about service not or excuses and i advise anyone to think twice before buying a vehicle from that dealer.
I will report the matter to the finance institution because i cannot drive a vehicle that is not licenced.
