On Saturday 12 Oct 2013, I called BMW OnCall to report my car was heating and wasn't able to drive with it, Reference Nbr 8000 was given to me and was authorised to hand the car to be to Jaiks Towing.
The car was inspected and no damages to any part of the Light or Body had been damaged, it was lifted by Jaiks towing from my home on Saturday to the closest Bmw Dealer whish is Best Auto Bmw in Rustenburg.
On Monday 14 Oct 2013, i went to enquire about my car that was taken away over the weekend, to my surprise i found my car had been bumped, smashed or damaged, the light, bonnet, bumperand fender was damaged. The Lady at Best Auto Bmw who i enquired to about the car said " Didn't the guy who bumped the Bmw call you" I said NO!
Until then Bmw OnCall nor Best Auto informed me or called or took this matter up with me, Later i was told by Best Auto Mr Matthee bumped The Bmw 335 and was in the possession of BMW OnCall and on Best Auto Bmw property where they stored the car after leaving my premises and BMW acknowledgement to take responsibility of Bmw335 once it was signed out of my hands.
Until now the Car BMW OnCall doesn't want to take responsibility. My car stands unfixed!
